Delivery Areas
We deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa, including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, and Bloemfontein. Remote areas may have limited delivery options.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over R5,000. The free shipping threshold is calculated after any discounts are applied.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number.
Large Items
Large appliances and furniture items may require special delivery arrangements. Our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. Installation services are available for an additional fee.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
